Description
The NRCH operates a 2024 Optima AUC instrument with multi-wavelength UV absorbance optics and Rayleigh interference optics. The instrument can operate between 0-40 °C, and measure between 190-800 nm in absorbance mode, and operate between 3-60 krpm. Sample volumes range from 0.11-0.46 ml depending on centerpiece used, and concentrations range between 0.05-10 mg/ml for proteins, a little less for DNA.
