    Description

    The Prototyping and Characterization Core (PROTECH), part of the Montana Biotechnology Center (BIOTECH), provides access to advanced expertise and infrastructure to support the design, development, prototyping, and validation of biotechnology innovations. Anchored by the Nanoscribe Quantum X Bio two-photon polymerization (2PP) 3D printer with ultra-high-resolution (100 nm voxel) bioprinting capabilities, PROTECH supports researchers, students, and industry partners in translating ideas into functional prototypes. The facility is open to University of Montana users as well as external academic and commercial collaborators seeking specialized tools to accelerate innovation.
