Organization profile

The Neural Injury Center at the University of Montana advances research, education, and outreach to improve the lives of individuals affected by concussion and mild traumatic brain injury. With a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, the Center conducts innovative studies on neurosensory impairment, cognitive rehabilitation, and the use of biosignal data and machine learning to develop objective diagnostic tools. Committed to serving both the public and clinical communities, the Center provides educational resources for patients, families, and practitioners—with a special focus on supporting student veterans and their families—and helps connect individuals with appropriate clinical care.
