Research Interests

Jen has over 20 years of experience as a social worker in the Missoula community. Throughout her career, Jen has been dedicated to supporting diverse populations, including youth in foster care, unhoused individuals, survivors of intimate partner violence, migrant workers, and those with refugee status.

In addition to her work in direct service and case management, Jen has developed extensive expertise in leadership and organizational management. As the resettlement director at the International Rescue Committee in Missoula, she honed her skills in strategic planning, team mentorship, and program development. These experiences underscore her strong commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative environments and empowering others to achieve success.
