Research Interests
I coordinate a self-sustaining, multi-institutional, grant-funded program dedicated to understanding the evolutionary potential of bat metapopulations in the face of white-nose syndrome and climate change. Our primary goal is to use advanced genomics to understand the evolution of different disease response strategies and computational modeling to understand and predict population dynamics and game out conservation and disease mitigation strategies.
