Research activity per year
I work on population ecology and evolution. I am especially excitied about dispersal – who disperses, how far they go, and how this influences demography and local adaptation. A lot of our work focuses on stream salamanders, so we also think about complex life cycles and species interactions in headwater ecosystems.
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
