Abstract

Phosphorus fluxes in a lake ecosystem were simulated with a model that assesses lake loading tolerance by determining the sensitivity of seasonal P dynamics and other indices of lake response to changes in loadings, rate parameters and lake structure. The model was applied to Lake Mendota, Wisconsin.
